Thank you for my life has been hugely inspired by the life changing work of family constellations & the fruitful dance with life that I chose.

So often we take on different dynamics for our parents. I know until last year I carried a huge burden of responsibility to be the healer, mother and fixer of my not only my mum, but my entire lineage. I didn’t realise until my world opened up through this systemic framework, just how stuck that belief and role I chose kept me. And my mother. And her mother. And so on..

Our souls only ever want to have their place. And to hold what’s theirs. The human parts might not make sense of that. But to truly empower and be the example for our loved ones….We have to take our seat, as the little one, as the daughter/son.. as the sister/brother.. And in that our parents and our descendants have the space to take theirs.

It’s been one profound journey of healing. And the most incredible part is that I’ve sat in these healing spaces with own my mother sat by my side. You can’t ask for more than that.

So this one’s goes out to you mum, and to you Dad, to all the mothers & fathers, past, present and future. And to this beautiful and wild journey of life, to the fruits that these stories gift us, and to the freedom we create when we realise we can gracefully lay them down to rest and rewrite our own. 🙏

This feels like my deepest musical prayer thus far. And if this song can give your heart even a fraction of the healing it’s given me over the past weeks, my soul will be forever thankful.
